How to book your phase 2 appointment

The Candidate Booking feature allows candidates to book available slots based on their preferred date seamlessly. Candidates can view and select available booking days in real-time. It also validates availability and operational schedules for each centre, preventing double bookings and ensuring proper allocation of resources.

Once you have completed Phase 1 exams, selected an occupation from the catalogue page, and received the confirmation email, you will see the following notification on your Dashboard:

If ever you close this notification, another option is to click the Proceed to Booking located in the upper right side of the Dashboard:

1. Click on the ‘Proceed to Booking’ button, and you will be presented with the following pop-up

2. Click on the 'Confirm' button, and you will be redirected to the following page:

3. Fill in the following fields:
   • Occupation - If the you have only purchased one occupation bundle from the catalogue page, it will automatically be selected. If multiple occupations are available, the candidate must select the one they wish to book a slot for. 
   • Country – Select the country of the centre where you would like to book your phase 2 appointment. 
   • Centre – Select the centre where you would like to book a slot.

Note: If you would like to carry out your phase 2 appointment in Malta, you must select one of the countries shown under the 'Country' field, even if not Malta, then select 'Institute of Tourism Studies - Malta'

Once provided, the following calendar view will be shown with the dates with available slots:

4. Click on a date where there are slots available, and a pop up will show with the available slots for that day and respective centre:

Centre and Date details are display as well as the list of available slots (in the Centre’s time zone)

5. Select the preferred slot and click on the 'Select Slot' button

Once the slot is selected, it will be displayed here:

6. Once the slot is selected to be booked, click on 'Book Slot' button (enabled only when there is a selected slot)

   

   You will then be redirected to the Dashboard and will need to wait for the appointment to be confirmed by the examiner, until the Friday before the exam.
