Agencies, Assessment Centres, and Third Parties
Agencies and assessment centres may ask about their role in the Skills Pass. Their role is limited. They can help with bookings or carry out assessments if they are authorised. They do not decide eligibility, results, or certificates.
Assessment centres must follow system rules for booking and checks. Candidates must attend the assessment as booked. Attendance must be confirmed before the assessment starts. Centres and examiners cannot start without system approval.
Third parties may ask if they can see candidate information. Access is restricted. Only authorised users can see or use personal data. Candidates are the main contact for their account and progress.
