Pre-Departure Course

1. Who is eligible for the pre-departure course?

The Pre-Departure Course is a required step for all Candidates wanting to apply for a work permit. Candidates cannot choose if they need the course. The system assigns it and requires completion before moving forward when registering.

Candidates who must take the Pre-Departure Course must first complete phase 1 before proceeding to phase 2. They must finish all learning modules, exams, and checks before their certificate can be issued. The system does not allow candidates to skip this course.

2. Certificates & Validity

When a candidate completes all Pre-Departure Course learning and exams, they receive the pre-departure final certificate. The system gives the Certificate once a week due to internal checks that need to take place. This certificate is digital and can be found in the candidate’s certificate widget on the dashboard. It shows that the candidate has completed all required steps.

Candidates may proceed to phase 2 only after completing phase 1 and receiving the confirmation email. The confirmation email does not mean the full process is finished. It is only needed to continue to the next stage. If they misuse it or give false information, legal action can be taken.
