I Belong Programme – Registration and Course Guide

Overview

If you (the candidate) are part of the I Belong Programme, your Skills Pass account is created for you.

The candidate will receive an email with their login details. After logging in, the candidate must complete a few steps before they can start and finish your course.

Step 1: Check Your Email

The candidate will receive a welcome email from Skills Pass.

The email contains:

• The candidate's username
• A temporary password
• A link to the Skills Pass Portal

Keep this email safe.

Step 2: Log In

Open the Skills Pass Portal and log in using:

• Your email address
• Your temporary password

When the candidate logs in for the first time, you must complete your profile.

Step 3: Complete Your Profile

The Complete Your Profile page will open automatically.

This step is required and cannot be skipped.

Some information is already filled in:

• First Name and Surname
• Email Address
• Permit / ID Number
• Country of Origin
• Country of Residence

Check the information and complete any remaining fields.

Click Submit to continue.

Step 4: Accept the Terms and Conditions

After completing the profile, the candidate must read and accept the Terms and Conditions.

This step is required.

The candidate only needs to do it once.

Step 5: Take a Profile Photo

You must take a live photo of yourself.

Follow the instructions shown on the screen.

For best results:

• Use a bright area
• Look at the camera
• Make sure your face is clearly visible

When your photo is accepted, continue to the next step.

Step 6: Enrol in the Pre-departure Bundle

1. From the Dashboard, open the Catalogue page.
2. Find the Pre-departure Bundle and click Add to Cart.
3. Open your cart and continue to checkout. (As an I Belong candidate, the amount due will be: €0.00, No payment is required.)
4. Complete the checkout process to enrol in the bundle.

Step 7: Complete All Phase 1 Modules

After enrolment, you can start your learning.

Complete all the modules included in Phase 1.

Make sure all activities and assessments are completed successfully.

Step 8: Complete Your Occupation Details

After completing all Phase 1 modules, the candidate must provide their occupation details.

1. Select: I Belong Programme
2. Occupation select: I Belong

3. Upload proof of occupation. Here the candidate must upload a clear copy of their Residency Card

   Important: The Residency Card is required as proof of occupation. Make sure the image is clear and readable.

4. Submit the information when finished.

Step 9: Book Your Phase 2 Interview

After your Phase 1 completion, the candidate must wait 5 to 7 working days to receive a confirmation email with instructions for booking their Phase 2 interview.

The email will contain a link that redirects the candidate to the booking page of phase 2.

The Candidate is responsible for booking their own interview.

Certificates

After successfully completing all required stages, the certificate will be available in the candidate's Skills Pass account and via email
