Upon purchasing the mandatory bundle, you will gain access to the courses designed to help you prepare for the final exams for the pre-departure modules.
To access a course, go to the Catalogue page and click the "Go to Course" button for the module you wish to complete. This will redirect you to the Coursera website, where you can access the course materials.
Some users may encounter an issue where Coursera displays a message indicating that they do not have access to the course, as shown in the screenshot below:
If you receive this message, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us via email, live chat, or phone so we can identify the cause of the issue. Once we have confirmed the problem, one of our administrators will resend the Coursera invitation to your account. After this is done, try accessing the course again to see if the issue has been resolved.
- If the issue persists, try opening the course link in an incognito/private browsing window, as the problem may be caused by your browser's cache. If you still cannot access the course, please contact us again by email, and we will escalate the issue to our technical team for further investigation.
