Phase 1 examinations are done by the candidate on their own device after they purchase the required bundle. These exams are monitored and may be reviewed by the system.
The Phase 2 assessment is done by an examiner. It checks if the candidate is ready to work in Malta. The assessment takes place at the booked session. It follows a set format with prepared questions. Before the assessment starts, the candidate’s identity is checked.
The assessment can have different parts, depending on the job and pathway. These parts check knowledge, job skills, and communication. The examiner asks questions and records answers in the system. Once the assessment starts, all parts must be completed before results are submitted.
The system calculates results using set rules. Each required part must be passed. If the candidate fails one part, the whole assessment is failed. The same rules apply to all candidates. The examiner can add notes if there are problems, such as technical issues or missing answers.
