The Skills Pass system has a clear fee system. Fees depend on the stage, the type of assessment, and the services used. Candidates must pay at each step before they can continue. The system does not allow access to learning, exams, booking, or certificates without payment.
The Pre-Departure Course includes the General Mandatory Bundle. This covers learning modules and online exams. It has a fixed price of €245, and must be paid before candidates can access the course or take exams. Some parts, like phase 2 exams or repeat exams, may have extra costs. All prices are shown clearly in the system before payment.
For candidates who need a skills pass in hospitality and tourism, extra fees apply. These fees cover: online course content and examination. After completing phase 1, there is an additional cost that covers: booking fee, the examiner assessment, the centre, and admin processing. If a candidate needs a resit, rebooking, or extra time due to failure or absence, an additional fee will be required. All resits and rebooking must be paid for before the candidate can try again.
Candidates who will need to do the skills pass/ Hospitality and tourism course and hold valid qualifications from within the EU/ EEA/ EFTA may register as qualified candidates and will pay €245 for the pre-departure course, and an additional €55 for the skills pass course
