Payment is required before accessing learning, exams, or bookings. The system does not allow access until payment is completed.
The system supports approved online payment methods and is secure. After payment, the system updates the account immediately and gives access to the service. Candidates receive a confirmation in the system and sometimes by email. If a payment fails or is not completed, access is not given, and the issue must be fixed before continuing.
The candidate is responsible for making sure the payment is completed on time.
