Access to the Skills Pass portal is only for registered candidates. Candidates must log in using their email and password. They must use the official login page to access their dashboard, learning, exams, bookings, and certificates. The system checks password rules and may block login if details are wrong.
If a candidate forgets their password, they must use the “Forgot Password” option. They enter their email, and if it is correct, they receive a reset link. They must follow the email instructions to create a new password. The new password must be different from the old one and meet security rules. After changing the password, they return to the login page and receive a confirmation email.
If a candidate cannot log in due to many failed attempts, expired links, or security issues, they must follow system instructions or contact support. For security, passwords cannot be reset without checks. Candidates must keep access to their email account.
