Regulatory References and Governance Framework

The Skills Pass system follows Maltese legislation and official rules. These rules come from Legal Notices and other regulations. They explain who must take assessments, how exams work, and how certificates are given. These rules are required for work processes.

The system is updated when laws change. This may affect eligibility, exams, or how long certificates are valid. The Help Centre is also updated to show current rules. Changes apply going forward and are controlled by the system.

Candidates, employers, and others must follow the rules at the time they apply. Old rules or informal advice do not apply. The Skills Pass system and its certificates are the official source of information.
