How to Log in and Reset Password

How to Log in

1. Use this link to go to the login page: https://app.skillspass.org.mt/

   

2. Fill in the fields
   • Under username, you must enter the email address used to create the account. 

   • Under Password, you must enter the password created when registering.

3. By checking the Remember Me, the user will stay logged in for 30 days. Meaning even if the browser is closed, the user will still be logged in.

How to Reset Password

1. If you forget your password, you must click on the 'Forgot Password?' button on the sign in page through the following link: https://app.skillspass.org.mt/

2. Once directed to the following page, you will will need to provide the email used to create the account, then click on the Send Reset Link button

If the email provided exists in the system, the candidate will receive an email with reset instructions and a link. The candidate will be redirected to the Login Page with a success flash message:

3. Click on the Click Here link, in the email, to be redirected to the change password page, on the portal.

   

4. Provide a new Password and Confirm Password, then click on the Reset Password button.

   Password must meet the following criteria:

   • Must be at least 8 characters
   • At least one lowercase letter
   • At least one uppercase letter
   • At least one number
   • Passwords must match

Once the password is changed, the user will receive the following email and will be redirected to the User Login Page to login using the new password:
