Why navigate to 'My Profile'
- Your profile page gives you an overview of your personal details, role, and system ID
- It contains your personal information collected during registration
- It shows your uploaded documents (e.g., ID or passport)
- It also provides access to related sections like exams, transactions, and activity logs
How to access your profile
- Click 'Click to View' on the “My Profile” widget in the main navigation menu.
Once clicked, you will be directed to your personal profile page:
This page is composed of different sections that provide an overview of your information in the system:
Profile Overview
This section contains:
- Your Profile Picture / Avatar – captured during your first login after accepting the Terms and Conditions. You can click to enlarge the image.
- Your Full Name
- Your Role and User Type (e.g., Candidate)
- Your System User ID
Personal information
This section displays your personal information, mostly gathered from the self-registration form. Details may vary depending on your user type.
Uploaded Documents
At the bottom of your profile, you’ll find the documents you uploaded during registration or profile completion. These are the Passport scan/ ID card scan
Thumbnails can be clicked to view or enlarge the documents
Actions that redirect you to other details.
- Timeline
once this is clicked, you will be redirected to the following page:
Here You can see your progress throughout the course and view passed exams and also exams that are not yet completed.
- Exams
Once this is clicked, you will be redirected to the following page:
Here you can view exams that have been purchased through the catalogue page and their status
- User Logs
Once this is clicked, you will be redirected to the following page:
Here you can find information about the user activity, login logs and activity tracking
- Transactions
Once this is clicked, you will be redirected to the following page:
Here, you can view all payments made towards the course. Also if you click on 'View Receipt' you can access the receipt of any payment made from your account.
