Input your Email and Password used to register and click on Login
After you click login, you will be redirected to the following page:
Here you will find the terms and conditions, which need to be read
- After you read the terms and conditions, if you agree to them, click the ‘Accept and Continue’ button
Once you accept the Terms and Conditions, you will immediately receive a notification email, which also includes the Candidate Declaration PDF as an attachment. This can be downloaded from the attached file to read the full Candidate Declaration. You will also be redirected to the following page:
- Click on the ‘Start Camera ’ button, then the browser requests access to the webcam, this must be allowed in order to take the photo.
Once “Start Camera” is clicked, the webcam is activated and the image must be taken
Note: the system looks for an individual face. If it doesn't find a full face or the background has other people, the system will not be able to detect a face and will not let the candidate take their photo. If the face is not positioned in the centre, the Take Image button will be disabled until the face is repositioned. If the lighting is not good, the button will continue to remain disabled.

Sector field
- Those who will not be working in an MTA-licensed establishment must select the pre-departure sector. Also, kitchen helpers (stewards), Cleaners, HR, Marketing, Accounts and Stores jobs within MTA-licenced establishments must also select General/Pre-Departure as a sector.

Those who will be working in MTA-Licenced establishments must select Tourism as a sector

Are you qualified? field
- If you have selected tourism, the ‘Are you Qualified?’ field will appear. Only candidates who hold qualifications from EU, EEA, EFTA and UK countries with 60 ECTs or more must select Yes from the drop-down menu.
- If you select Yes in the “Are you qualified?” dropdown, the States field becomes visible.

you must then click on 'Non-EU Candidates with European/EEA/EFTA Qualifications as from 2024'
- Click on the Complete Onboarding button
the following prompt will appear to confirm the qualification status
- Read the text box prompt and then Click 'Yes Continue' if you made the right selection in qualification field.
Once all steps of the form are completed and submitted, you will be redirected to the dashboard.
